Cultoquhey House in the country of Perth

Cultoquhey House was built in Tudor style between 1812 and 1827 by architect Sir Robert Smithe, who also worked on the British Museum in London.Anthony de Maxtone-Graham, XIII Lord of Cultoquhey, ordered to erect the house. The country house is located amid a centuries old garden overlooking the river Earn and surrounded by woods where roe deer, pheasants and wild rabbits lived.
Despite its pleasant position on the border south of the Scottish Highlands, Cultoquhey House is one hour from the international airports of Edinburgh and Glasgow and about an hour and a half from Glasgow-Prestwick‘s airport.
